Kinetic AI redefines the relationship between architecture and artificial intelligence—where AI ceases to be a tool applied to architecture and becomes inseparable from architectural matter itself: spatial artifacts with embodied intelligence.

Real time transformations

We combine kinetic architecture with artificial intelligence not to create fixed forms, but to establish conditions for continuous transformation. The question shifts from what intelligence is to what it does—how it moves through matter, manifests in motion and surface, and evolves as an immediate response to changing spatial needs.

Design Research

We design and manufacture objects, surfaces, and spaces that perceive, respond, learn, and adapt in real time. Our methodology is design research—not the application of existing solutions, but an investigation into how intelligence can be materially expressed. From our prototypes, we ask profound questions such as: How can a surface encode memory? What does it mean for a space to negotiate agency? Can an object co-author experience?

Robotic Fabrication

This approach refuses the separation between theory and making. We build to think. Physical prototyping becomes philosophical inquiry—testing how computation distributes across materials, how sensing emerges from embedded electronics, and how learning manifests through mechanical response. The research happens in the making itself.
